To apply for a certificate of authorisation, a form must be completed at the municipal office and must be accompanied by necessary documents. The $10 fee must be paid. The secretary-treasurer will ensure the application is complete and will give it to the building inspector. He will ensure the municipal plan' regulations are respected. If so, he will respond in writing giving the reasons for his refusal. A copy of all approved and refused permits must be sent to the Avigon MRC.
