KEMPT ROAD HERITAGE COMMITTEE


        This committee's objective is to highlight Kempt Road's rich history. Its work mostly entails operating the Kempt Road Interpretation Centre located in the former United Church at the intersection of Kempt road and highway 132.

        The Centre exhibits a collection of souvenirs and documents related to the expropriated village of St. Fidele. There is also an exhibit of arts and crafts made by local artisans. The Centre is open to the public during the summer.

The members of committee are:

Normand Bourdages, administrator

Volunteers saught
The Kempt Road Héritage committee is recruiting volunteers to help develop the Kempt Road Interpretation Centre. The Centre has a number of exciting new projects, including the renewal of the exhibit and the organization of a pilgrimage walk on Kempt Road. Join the team and help shape these new projects.
