TRAILS
The falls on Kempt Road draw many visitors from everywhere. A 20-minute stroll along a stream through an enchanting gorge leads visitors to the foot of a magnificent waterfall.
Accessible five months a year, the entrance to the trail is located on Kempt road 3.2 km from the intersection of highway 132.
There is also a trail that extends from the beginning of Park Road along the Ristigouche River, as well as another bird watching trail accessible from Kempt Road.
The Quebec Snowmobile Federation's main trail for can be accessed via Kempt Road. A number of ATV trails criss-cross the region as well.
Municipal regulations now allow ATVs on the portion of Kempt road within the municipality. Residents of Kempt Road can therefore access the trails managed by the Fédération québécoise des clubs quad right from their home.
